Types available

Six ways to dress a bed.

01

Cotton Percale

A plain weave where warp and weft threads alternate one over one, producing a tight, smooth surface with a characteristic crisp hand. Thread counts between 200 and 400 are the sweet spot for durability and breathability — above 400 in a single-ply percale is rare without blending finer yarns. The fabric feels cool and slightly stiff when new, softening with every wash without losing its structure. Breathes exceptionally well, which matters for Mumbai's warm nights. The default choice for quality hotel linen worldwide. Available from Raymond, Welspun, and Portico in full sets or separates across a wide range of colours.

02

Sateen

Woven with four threads floating over one in a weft-faced pattern, creating a smooth, lustrous surface with a silk-like sheen. The higher float count means more thread surface is exposed to catch light, giving sateen its characteristic glow. Heavier and warmer than percale at the same thread count, making it the better choice for air-conditioned bedrooms and cooler seasons. The smooth surface shows less surface pilling over time. Thread counts from 300 to 800 — Egyptian cotton sateen at 600+ is the benchmark for luxury hotel linen. Available from Welspun, Portico, and Maspar in both single colours and printed patterns.

03

Linen-Cotton Blend

Natural linen fibre blended with cotton in ratios typically between 30/70 and 55/45, balancing linen's superior breathability with cotton's softness and wash durability. The fabric has a slightly textured surface and excellent moisture-wicking performance — it moves perspiration away from the skin rather than retaining it, which is why linen-cotton has become the preferred choice in warm, humid climates. Gets noticeably more supple and comfortable with use; new linen-cotton sheets often feel stiff off the shelf, which can catch first-time buyers by surprise. Available from Maspar and Labham in earthy naturals, soft blues, and warm neutrals.

Pure Egyptian Cotton

Grown in the Nile Delta, Egyptian cotton has an exceptionally long staple length — the individual fibre is longer than standard cotton — allowing it to be spun into a finer, stronger yarn with fewer exposed fibre ends that cause pilling. The result is a fabric that feels noticeably superior from the first use and improves with every wash over years. Available in both percale and sateen weaves; at 400–600 thread count it is the international standard for luxury hotel procurement. Higher price point, but the longevity justifies it — a good set of Egyptian cotton sheets outlasts three or four standard cotton sets. Worth the investment for the bedroom you sleep in every night.

Fitted Sheet Sets

A coordinated flat sheet, deep-fitted sheet with elasticated corners (fits up to 35cm mattress depth), and pillowcases sold together rather than as separate pieces. Buying as a set eliminates the colour-matching guesswork and guarantees the pieces are from the same dye lot — fabric dye batches vary slightly, and mixing from different lots can give a subtle mismatch that becomes more noticeable after washing. Available in all standard Indian bed sizes — single (3×6 ft), double (5×6 ft), queen (5×6.5 ft), and king (6×6.5 ft) — as well as custom cuts for platform beds and non-standard imported mattress dimensions. Current stock across all brands is available to view in the showroom.

Duvet & Comforter Covers

The outer shell that protects your duvet or comforter insert and sets the visual character of the bed — changing the cover is the most cost-effective way to refresh a bedroom without replacing the insert. Available in all the same weaves as our sheet range — percale, sateen, linen-cotton — in coordinating or deliberately contrasting colours and patterns. Sold separately (useful when you want a different look per season) or as part of a full coordinated bedding set. Duvet covers typically have a button or envelope closure at the foot; inner corner ties prevent the duvet from bunching inside the cover during use and washing — a detail worth checking before buying.
